Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als Team Assistent*in Project Management (w/m/d) fungierst du als Unterstützung des Projektteams im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Terminkoordination und -überwachung sowie die Büroorganisation und anfallende Aufgaben im Sekretariatsbereich (z.B. Postbearbeitung, Telefon, E-Mail).
  • Du stellst die Informationsflüsse innerhalb des Bereichs / Teams und zu relevanten Schnittstellen sicher, verwaltest vertrauliche Mitarbeiterdaten und kooperierst hierbei auch mit dem Bereich Personal.
  • Auch organisierst du Meetings sowie Veranstaltungen und verantwortest hierzu die Protokollerstellung und -versand.
  • Die Unterstützung in der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen bzw. Präsentationsunterlagen als auch die selbständige Bearbeitung anfallender, wiederkehrender oder einmaliger Projekte und Aufgaben runden dein Tätigkeitsprofil ab.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Assistenzbereich
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Agile, Scrum, Wasserfall) und -tools (z. B. Trello, Asana, MS Project)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und versierter Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint, zur Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um eine effektive Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld zu gewährleisten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise, um komplexe Aufgaben effizient zu bewältigen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
