Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie unterstützen das Projektteam bei der Implementierung von einer HSE- Softwarelösung.
- ■Sie arbeiten an spezifischen Aufgaben wie Analyse der Anforderungen an erhobene Daten und Workflows sowie Benutzerakzeptanztests mit.
- ■Sie sind für die Koordination von Teilaufgaben und Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern sowie externen Partnern zuständig.
- ■Sie nehmen Teil an Meetings mit externen Softwareanbietern.
- ■Sie erstellen Dokumentationen und Berichte über den Fortschritt des Implementierungsprojekts.
- ■Die Verfolgung des Terminplans und Sicherstellung, dass Fristen eingehalten werden gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- ■Sie führen die Ergebnisse der einzelnen Teilprojektteams zusammen, wobei jedes Teilteam einem Softwaremodul innerhalb der gesamten Suite entspricht.
- ■Sie nehmen an Projektmeetings teil und unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule oder Universität in einem relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Informatik, Softwareengineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- ■Erste Kenntnisse Projektmanagement bei Softwareimplementierung von Vorteil
- ■Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ■Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- ■Fähigkeit zur Arbeit im Team und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- ■Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- ■Bereitschaft, vor Ort in Köln zu arbeiten
